Weichai Hydraulic Powertrain Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Weifang, Shandong, on Dec 9, 2014. The Company was jointly funded by Linde Hydraulics GmbH & Co., KG and Weichai Power Co., Ltd., in which Linde Hydraulics holds 51% of shares and Weichai Power holds 49%.

As a global leader in the machinery industry, Linde Hydraulics and Weichai Power have been engaged in a strategic cooperation since 2012.
