At 8 o'clock in the evening on April 14, 2021, Tan Xuguang hosted the Group’s Global CEO Conference at the headquarters of Weichai Group in Weifang, Shandong, and made the keynote speech. "Will we be falling behind and eliminated in the next ten years?!"
The conference set up 20 sub-venues in 12 countries around the world, and more than 1,500 management staff from 253 holding subsidiaries participated through video conference.
