Tan Xuguang: There is Great Potential for Weichai Power and Denyo to Work Together

In the morning of February 19, Tan Xuguang led the delegation of Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Weichai Power to Tokyo to visit Denyo, and the president Shiochi Shiratori and CEO Takanori Yoshinaga led the management team to participate in a discussion. The two sides jointly discussed the future development opportunities of the generator set and big data center business.

Denyo, formerly known as Nihon Electric Welding Machine Co., LTD., has 76 years of development history and is a global leader in outdoor power supply, generators and welding machines. Shiratori welcomed the arrival of Tan Xuguang and his delegation, saying that in order to achieve carbon neutrality, he hoped that the two sides would deepen cooperation on high-power, high-efficiency and high-tech products and jointly develop environmentally friendly products. He also discussed on product technical issues with Tan Xuguang.

Tan Xuguang said that Weichai welcomes Denyo to visit Weifang, Shandong to actively explore the feasibility of investment cooperation in Weifang. He hopes that both sides could give full play to the technical manufacturing advantages of Weichai engine and the advantages of Denyo’s alternator to achieve the win-win situation and create greater value for global customers.
