and a mobilization meeting titled

"Strive for Q1 Success"

in the Weichai L Lovol Intelligent Heavy Industry Factory Campus.

Over 500 participants attended the events,

including leaders from Weichai Group

and Lovol's leaders and core members of the value chain.

The Quality Conference recognized

outstanding quality achievements and advanced individuals in quality

for the year 2024.

Each segment of Lovol's value chain

reported on quality improvement initiatives for 2025,

systematically reviewing experience and shortcomings

while clarifying priorities and directions for quality control.

Lovol simultaneously held

Signing Ceremony of the 2025 Quality Performance Agreement.

This agreement outlined quality objectives and responsibilities for 2025,

meticulously defining roles within a structured framework

to ensure the fulfillment of quality commitments.

 

The mobilization meeting conveyed

the principle of "Strive for Q1 Success"

put forward at Weichai Group's meeting

and outlined necessary arrangements, further measures,

and implementation plans for Lovol's Q1 targets.

It emphasized the need for all executives and employees

to work harder and overcome challenges.

Participants were encouraged to adopt determined attitudes,

develop effective strategies,

and take pragmatic actions

to achieve collaboration across the chain

and enhance quality.

Lovol's employees will unite around common goals through collaborative efforts
