On January 20, Weichai Group held a leadership meeting to convey and learn from the spirit of Shandong Heavy Industry Group's 2025 Annual Conference. The meeting aimed to further clarify objectives, strengthen confidence, and inspire enthusiasm, driving Weichai to new heights and achievements, while continuing to lead and play a pivotal role in the high-quality development of Shandong Heavy Industry Group.
At Shandong Heavy Industry Group's 2025 Annual Conference, the Group systematically reviewed its economic performance for 2024, thoroughly analyzed current internal and external challenges, and strategically planned the key priorities for 2025 as it embarks on a new journey, achieves new peaks, and creates new accomplishments. During the meeting, the essence of Shandong Heavy Industry Group's Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Man Shengang's speech was conveyed.
Three main requirements were put forward at the meeting. First, effectively transform learning outcomes into tangible work results. The meeting was attended by over 1,000 participants, both online and in-person, including directors at the headquarters level and above, deputy division-level leaders and above from various units, as well as all leadership personnel from affiliated subsidiaries.
