Weichai Joins Hands with China Classification Society to Set New Industry Benchmark

The awarding ceremony of the digital application recognition certificate for CCS marine product inspection of Weichai Heavy Machinery was held in Weifang Binhai District recently. Weichai Heavy Machinery has become the first marine engine manufacturer to receive this honor since the release of the "Digital Application Guide for Marine Product Inspection" by CCS China Classification Society.

Weichai Heavy Machinery and China Classification Society formed a dedicated working team to work closely together, ultimately achieving automatic review of data and automatic certification, significantly improving the efficiency of product inspection and certification.

The China Classification Society said that Weichai Heavy Machinery is the first engine manufacturer in the industry to fully develop digital applications in accordance with the new requirements of the China Classification Society's "Digital Application Guidelines for Marine Product Inspection" and obtain recognition, which is of industry demonstration significance and provides a more solid guarantee for the high-quality development of ships and marine engineering equipment and shipping safety.
