Technology roadmap
- Electronically controlled high-pressure common-rail system contributes to high combustion efficiency, low noise level and low vibration intensity. After-treatment is only added to the four stages of upgrade, which is more convenient for engine.
Fuel filter system
- Three-stage fuel filter integrates three functions of electric pump oil, oil-water separation and fuel filtration, and shows high adaptability to fuel quality variation.
Lubrication system
- Built-in independent filter reduces maintenance costs.
Intake system
- Patented "Type 93 dust collecting filter” of Weichai delivers first-stage primary filter efficiency up to 93%, extends filter replacement cycle and reduces premature wear failure rate of engine.
Cooling system
- Hyperboloid fan and high-flow pump; low noise level and low power consumption.
Long maintenance period
- Extra-long oil replacement interval: 500h, reducing use cost.
