Tchnical route
- Electrically controlled high voltage common rail technology is adopted to meet non-road three - stage emissions.
Fuel system
- Weichai’s special "three-level nanny filter" completely removes the water and impurities from the fuel, reducing the failure rate of the fuel system significantly.
Lubrication system
- It can realize the remote signal transmission of oil filter, effectively improving the arrangement and maintenance convenience of the vehicle.
Intake system
- The radial seal multi-level compound dust filter is used for easy replacement and maintenance of filter element and higher filtration efficiency.
Drivetrain
- The rear-mounted gear system with shear gear design ensures smooth running and low noise.
High comfort
- The standard unique "engine block vibration damping web” applies the reasonable cambered surface design and effective reinforcement arrangement, improving the stiffness of the skirt; the reinforced oil sump features high strength and modality, effectively suppressing the radiation noise.
Maintenance period
- 500h oil change period is ensured, reducing the usage cost.
Environmental adaptability
- The engine functions normally at -35°C ~ 50°C and more than 5,000m above sea level.
