Fuel system
- Direct injection in cylinders improves combustion efficiency. Low fuel consumption and high power. Special “fuel system protector” of Weichai integrates three functions of pump oil, filtration and heating, effectively solving the problem of start at low temperature.
Intake system
- Intake heating function meets the requirements of start at -35°C in cold region.
Cooling system
- Hyperboloid fan features large air volume, low power consumption, low noise, meeting the ambient temperature limit of 46°C for vehicle.
Transmission system
- Rear mounted gear system and heightened gear shape design contributes to smooth operation and low noise level.
High reliability
- Frame-type main bearing structure and strong engine body design ensure the reliability of diesel engine.
