High reliability
- Use wet-type cylinder liners, frame-support drum-shaped engine body and integral cast iron cylinder head, with movable parts such as pistons, con rod, crankshafts and bearing shells newly designed. B10 life is up to 800,000km.
- Use highly competent suppliers of Weichai in the heavy-duty truck industry. The engines are developed according to the requirements on high reliability in the heavy-duty truck industry.
- Engine bodies and cylinder heads are cast and machined by Weichai, ensuring high consistency.
Excellent NVH performances
- Rear-mounted gear chamber, closed-type flywheel housing, plastic cylinder head cover and two-stage balancing mechanism effectively reduce noise, with noise under general operation conditions reduced to 92dB(A).
Ultra-low fuel consumption
- Minimum fuel consumption is 199 g/kW·h. Fuel consumption shown on fuel consumption MAP is 5-10g/kW·h lower than that of competing products.
More powerful
- Power: 162kW Maximum 800N·m at 1,200-1,800 r/min.
