Structure Characteristics
- Both main and auxiliary cases equipped with twin countershafts, power well distributed, large load capacity and high reliability.
- The main shaft and gears are floating; there are no needle bearings between shaft and gears, high efficiency in power transfer.
- With thin-and-fine teeth gear design in main case (contact ratioε>2), helical gears in auxiliary case, stable engagement, low noise and big loading ratio.
- Equipped with lock-pin synchronizer in auxiliary case, non-metallic friction material adopted on friction taper surfaces, and high reliability.
