Structure Characteristics

  • 1/2 and 3/4 speeds adopt double taper face synchronizer, large synchro-capacity, easy shifting.
  • Constant-mesh helical gear driving, strong loading ability, low noise and long endurance.
  • Thin-and-fine teeth design for high range gears (transverse contact ratio ε>2), stable engagement, low noise.
  • Small center distance ( 148mm ), small volume and light weight.
  • Side PTOs can be equipped to cater to the refitting of trucks.
  • Single lever and double lever operating mechanism can be realized.
