Structure Characteristics
- The main case and auxiliary case are combined, they have a large range of gear ratios, and first speed ratio is big and strong climbing ability.
- Twin countershafts, power well distributed, this unique structure has high efficiency in power transfer and large load capacity.
- Main shaft and gears on it are floating, there are no needle bearings between shaft and gears, high efficient in power transfer.
- Fully synchronized, easy and flexible in gear shifting. The main case is equipped with double-taper faced lock-ring synchronizer, a large synchro-capacity; the auxiliary case is equipped with enhanced lock-pin inertial synchronizer, the taper face adopts non-metallic friction material, which has good reliability.
- Thin-and-tine teeth design will make stable engagement and low noise.
- There are various ways of power taking-off, so many types of PTOs can be equipped.
- Double H operating mechanism, flexible shifting and good compatibility.
