The product is an AMT structure, and it is developed specially for new energy electric vehicles. Die-cast aluminum alloy shells are used, which have undergone multi-wheel rack and real vehicle carrying experiments, to achieve light weight of products. The bearing is calculated carefully and imported high-speed silent bearings are used, with highest speed at 7600rpm. Slender teeth are adopted for the gears and the gear grinding process is improved specially for the new-energy reducers, to make this product with great torque and low noise. The manual-automatic shift mechanism is used to achieve smooth, reliable and quick shifting. The speed ratio configuration is reasonable, with main reduction and differential gear structure, which can match the common motors of 6~10kw new-energy vehicles. Compared with single-gear similar products, its overall efficiency can be improved by about 5%. |
